The Medovo Chardonnay was awarded bronze medal at the Chardonnay du Monde 2007 competition, which was held in early March at Chateau des Ravatys, at Saint-Lager in Burgundy, France, and which attracted 949 entries from 28 countries.

Vinification:
Grapes are destemmed and pressed yielding 590 l/T. After settling, 70% ferments in M and M+ toasted French barrels (25% new). The rest ferments in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation – 65%. Matures over the fine sediments for 8 months.
Nose & Palate:
Lively and fresh tropical fruit, pear, and citrus. Elegant hazelnut, butter, and vanilla with a refined finish.
Cuisine:
Enjoy with light white meats, roasted or stewed poultry and fish, vegetarian dishes and spaghetti, blue and yellow cheeses, or by itself.
